Never-sag collar and heaviest fabric with no body side seam. 

In the 1950s, chemical textiles were not widespread yet. There were some special sewing techniques to make organic fabric clothes durable. Our unique Two-on/One-off collar stitching is the best one, which uses Cotton threads on a Cotton body, leaving two stitching lines on the collar rib and one on the body. The three lines stitching synchronizes the shrinking of the collar and body and ensures the super durable collar shape. 

#Tubular knitting
We use rare 1960s tubular knitting machines to make the THC’s heavy-ounce fabric. This generation of machines ensures very stable and high-quality production. however, many devices and maintenance engineers are retiring, and now a few remains. We use #14 heavy threads for THC to strengthen the body, which requires specially-designed knitting needles provided by an experienced German engineer.
