Inspired by American motorcycle events, this biker-style graphic has long been a favorite in The Flat Head’s lineup.
The print—where the ink penetrates deep into the soft, substantial fabric—blends harmoniously with the material over years of wear, resulting in an even softer, more natural feel.

Circular-knit fabric—often described as having "air knitted into it"—is produced at a very leisurely pace; only about 10 meters are made per day. Since no excessive tension is applied to the yarn during knitting, the finished fabric boasts an exceptionally soft hand-feel.
Furthermore, the use of combed, two-ply yarn (20/2 count) creates a premium material characterized by substantial weight and a smooth, lustrous surface.
The neckline is constructed using The Flat Head’s signature "three-needle, one-stitch-skip" technique to prevent stretching out.
By utilizing a total of three cotton threads—two for the ribbing and one for the body—the design leverages the natural properties of cotton to minimize collar stretching. This ensures that the garment neither loses its shape nor stretches out, even after years of wear, allowing you to enjoy your favorite piece for a long time.
