Introducing the long-sleeve version of The Flat Head’s heaviest T-shirt to date.
Although the tubular fabric is produced on vintage circular knitting machines, the knit is compressed to the absolute limit, resulting in a remarkable material weighing 20 ounces.
This distinctive long-sleeve T-shirt combines that unique fabric with The Flat Head’s signature "three-needle, one-skip" stitching technique.

This 20-ounce fabric is knitted on a circular knitting machine (Loopwheeler) with the stitches arranged as densely as possible.
It utilizes a tubular knit construction—known as *Marudo*—which eliminates the need for side seams.

The neckline is sewn using the "three-needle, one-skip" method—a hallmark feature of Flat Head T-shirts.
Although size 20 cotton thread is used for the neckline, the fabric's stiffness and thickness make adjusting the sewing machine's thread tension extremely difficult, increasing the risk of thread or needle breakage.
Even skilled artisans devote more time and care to this step than they would for standard sewing procedures.
